So, what is a "raconteur" anyway?
According to Webster's Dictionary, it is "a person who is skilled in relating stories and anecdotes interestingly." Obviously Jack White knows exactly just how talented he is, because The Raconteurs exhibit just that.
Perhaps, many wonder why people do "side projects" or side bands at all, especially when The White Stripes is already hugely successful and seem to exude the same folksy traditionalistic-type music that a "raconteur" does.

The original voter pamphlet for the March 2006 student fee referendum informed student voters that a "yes" vote meant increased seating capacity for student-union pub facilities, explicitly naming on-campus pub Louie's as included in the plans for improvements to the Aztec Center.
Now San Diego State officials, Aztec Shops and Associated Students have changed their minds about what students will receive for that $16 fee increase they approved based on the wording of that ballot.

Officials are trying to notify students and faculty at Southwestern College about a possible tuberculosis exposure after an individual in two classes at the college was diagnosed with the dangerous disease.
The Health and Human Services Agency for the county of San Diego is working with Southwestern College officials to encourage students and faculty to get a TB test as soon as possible.
